I am an electrical engineer by profession, a writer by avocation and a philatelist by passion. I have been writing articles since my secondary education and won awards for literary, editorial and feature articles. I began collecting stamps when I was 9 years old and delved into serious philately during college.

Collecting stamps is second nature to me. Studying them, their vignettes and other features, the story behind the issues, and intricacies of the trade, is just as exhilarating as a hobby can get. I have created a web site out of my Philippines collection.
